I don’t know about you, but I think slip-on shoes seem to be the type of footwear that’s comfortable and convenient. This week on Wishlist Wednesday, I wanted to talk about Vans slip-ons.

When I entered college, my style transitioned from being dressed up every day to being as comfortable as possible (this may have involved many sweatshirts, leggings, and some no makeup days). Because my style became more casual and I was walking a lot, I found myself reaching for my sneakers, boots, or flats more often.

These days, I try to find a balance between dressing up and being comfy and casual, but most of the time, I go for the latter. So when I saw these slip-on shoes, I instantly wanted them. Not only are they stylish, but they’re great for when you’re in a rush because you can literally slip them onto your feet and go. Plus there’s so many different styles that the possibilities seem endless. As for the comfort factor, I have yet to invest in a pair of these so I can’t vouch for that, but I can imagine them to be pretty comfortable. Here are some pairs I’d love to own:

The classic black slip-ons. This is one of their top sellers and it’s easy to see why. This simple black shoe can easily be paired with so many different outfits, from a t-shirt and jeans outfit to wearing them with a dress for a more casual look.

This shoe adds some edge to any outfit with its dark metallic shine. I’d add this to any outfit that I feel looks a bit boring and plain.

Leopard print is a classic print, but it also makes a statement.

This last pair of shoes would be something I’d really like to own because from a glance, they look like plain black shoes, but in reality they’re holographic. I could definitely see these shoes being a conversation starter.

So these are the shoes that are on my wishlist this week! Let me know what’s on your wishlist in the comments below! Thanks so much for reading and I’ll see you lovelies tomorrow!
