Hello lovelies! Welcome back to another week on my blog! Today on Makeup Monday, I wanted to talk about a makeup look that I think looks good for the summer: peach eyeshadow. Here are some inspiration photos as well as my own take on how I would recreate this peach makeup look!
Here’s what I used to create my peach makeup look:
1. First I took the peach shade from this Maybelline quad (Copper Chic) and applied it to my entire lid. These eyeshadows are pigmented so you really don’t need a lot. I also smudged this into my lower lashline lightly to add some color there too.
2. Next I took the shimmery peach shade from this other Maybelline palette (to the left) and added it to the inner half of my eye to make the peach/coral shade I used more peach-like and a little bit lighter. I then added the matte brown shade to warm up the look.
I also smudged the brown into the lower lashline to balance out the look. You can use the shimmery peach shade for the inner corner to bring more light into the eyes.
3. This is optional, but I added a peach blush after I finished my eye makeup look. I used Luminoso from Milani.
And that’s how I created my peach makeup look! I think it’s pretty simple and adds a nice yet subtle pop of color to your eyes for the summer. Let me know in the comments below if you would try out this makeup look. That’s it for my post today; thanks so much for reading and I hope you enjoyed it!
