Hi lovelies! Today I’m going to be continuing my Dishin’ It Out series and sharing some delicious meals I’ve had lately, so let’s get into it!

I went to OC Night Market and had a bunch of delicious food back in May, but this got lost in the archives. Here, I had bulgogi fries and it was delicious!

I tried this bagel place a couple times and I really liked it, especially their papaya juice!



I hung out with a friend and somehow we ended up getting drinks. This place was pretty cool and they have a huge selection of beers.

I asked for a recommendation and the bartender ended up making something that wasn’t on the menu. I can’t remember which beer my friend got, but I ended up with a margarita and it was pretty good!



A friend and I finally gave into the hype and tried out Urth Caffe! We both got sandwiches and blended drinks. I got the Caprese sandwich and I thought it was okay. The only way I can describe it is that it tasted very healthy, haha. This only had mozzarella cheese, greens, tomatoes, and bell peppers, so that probably explains it.

I did really like their drinks though! I got the earl grey with boba and I loved it! It was my first time trying anything earl-grey flavored, so I was pleasantly surprised.



A food post from me wouldn’t be the same without ice cream, right? This time, I tried Salt & Straw and loved it! The ice cream is super thick and creamy; it doesn’t melt easily and their flavors are so cool!

After much debate, I got the honey lavender and I had no regrets. They also fill up the cone with lots of ice cream, so one scoop is more than enough to satisfy you!

I haven’t had Korean barbecue in probably a year, so this was amazing! This place is quite pricey, but I think it’s worth it. My friend and I ordered a combo meal so we got 3 plates of meat with lots of λ°˜μ°¬ (banchan) aka side dishes.

To be honest, I was excited to try this place because of the corn with cheese, but we forgot to eat it. πŸ™



One of the places I visited in Santa Monica was this healthy restaurant for a late lunch. I got a grain bowl with beef meatballs, quinoa, tomatoes and onions, and three dips: yogurt and dill, red pepper and eggplant, and red pepper hummus.

It doesn’t look like a lot of food, but it’s super filling! My friend got a pita bread dish and near the end, we stopped talking because we were struggling to finish our food, haha. πŸ˜‚



More desserts! I tried a new λΉ™μˆ˜ (bingsoo) place and I loved it! The last time I tried bingsoo, there was a lot of beans so I struggled a bit, but this one was perfect! I got the black sesame one and it came with mochi, pine nuts, and some more beans if needed!


My friend got the milk one and it also looked and tasted pretty good! And no, that is not a whole ball of dessert, the bowl is covered in the dessert to give the illusion of a ball; isn’t that so cool?



Let’s end this on a super sweet note! I finally tried Milk & Honey because it’s been on my list of places to try since forever and to be honest, I thought it was a dessert place but they mainly sell drinks.

I got the green tea drink and honestly, it tastes like the green tea frap from Starbucks, but it was still good! It’s a very aesthetically pleasing place so I wouldn’t mind coming back if I had the chance.
