A COLLECTIVE HAUL | PART 3

Hello lovelies! Today I’m bringing to you the third and final part of my collective haul. It’s a lot of parts, but I wanted to organize it in a way where I wasn’t being overwhelming as if I was showing off all the things I bought and splitting it up into logical categories for different audiences. Like if you’re more interested in clothes rather than makeup, you can click on this post here.

Today’s haul is going to be makeup based. If you’re as excited as me, then let’s just jump right into it!

I recently bought this travel makeup bag from Target and I love it. It has 2 see-through compartments that are held together with snaps so you can open it and see what’s inside without unzipping the bag. I also like the size and design.

I bought the Maybelline Fit Me foundation to try out. So far, 128 Warm Nude is the best color match I’ve found from this range although it’s not perfect and it doesn’t keep me matte all day, but it’s not bad. I might do a review on this foundation, so be on the lookout for that!

I tried out the Urban Decay 24/7 eyeliner and it’s actually really good. I bought the darkest shade called Perversion and this liner hardly budges. My only problem is that I messed up the pencil when I sharpened it. I then read somewhere that this eyeliner requires a specific sharpener from Ulta/Sephora, so if you’re looking to buy this liner, that might be something to keep in mind. I’ve had to stop using it for now until I find that sharpener because my liner doesn’t make a clean line anymore.

I’m also trialing the travel size version of the famous Urban Decay All Nighter spray. I’ve almost finished it and I’m still not sure how I feel about it. My makeup still gets as oily than if I didn’t use the spray, but it does seem to hold my makeup together better and helps it fade a little more naturally. For example, my foundation doesn’t seem to separate as much by the time I need to wipe it off. I wish it kept me matte all day, but I’m not sure if that really exists. I might try the De-slick spray next since that’s targeted towards oily skin.

This is a NYX soft matte lip cream in Antwerp. I swear Claire Marshall or one of my other favorite YouTubers liked this shade but I’m not sure who it was anymore. Either way, I remembered the name of this color from somewhere and I immediately wanted it. It looked okay with the packaging but the color is actually a lot brighter than I expected. But! it actually looks really nice on the lips and I think it compliments my skin tone. I might end up wearing it often since it’s a really nice color for summer.

I don’t understand why, but this shade is actually my MLBB (my lips but better). I didn’t expect that because it is quite pink, but it looks really natural on my lips, just a little pinker. But after a while, it hardly looks like I’m wearing a lip color besides the fact that it’s matte. This is in the shade Cannes.

This is a Rimmel Kate Moss lipstick in 104. I bought this on a whim because it looked like a nice shade. Swatched, it looks like a pinky nude, but on my lips, it actually comes out quite pink. I’m still testing it because I don’t think it works that well with my skin tone, but I’m sure I can use a lip liner to mix up the color too.

This is a Maybelline quad called Taupe Temptress. I bought this after always staring at it and leaving it at the store until I finally gave in and bought it. I’ve been really into pink shades on my lids because I think they look nice with brown eyes and the taupe color is also enticing.

It’s like an never-ending lipstick haul, haha.

This is Stormy Sahara with a satin finish. It’s my first real attempt at a brownish nude lipstick and I didn’t realize how much nudes can wash you out. I’m starting to realize how inconvenient nude lips can be because they actually look kind of weird in real life. Unless I still don’t have the right color, haha. Either way, whenever I don’t feel like going completely nude on my lips, I just add a darker lip liner underneath or add a peach gloss on top.

This is Clay Crush in the matte formula. Unless you love lipsticks like me, then you probably think these shades look the same. Besides being obviously matte and satin, this shade is a bit darker and a little more brown than Stormy Sahara. I’m not sure if this shade looks great on me, but I don’t think it’s too bad.

This is one of my current favorite shades. It’s called Touch of Spice in the matte finish. It was the first one I ever bought and I was wearing it all the time. It was a little dark for the daytime but I still wore it anyways because I liked it so much. It’s basically a darker pink with some tints of mauve.

This is Untainted Spice with a satin formula. It’s a brown lipstick that isn’t completely opaque. I think this is a lipstick wearable for daytime and nighttime. Since it’s a little sheer, it’s not too strong so I think you can pull it off during the day.

This is currently the darkest lipstick I own. It’s called Burgundy Blush with a matte finish. On camera, it comes out as a dark berry red but in real life, I would say it’s much darker with more brown tones. It’s really hard for me to get used to this lipstick; when I first apply it, I think I look kind of scary, but after a while, you get used to it, and it’s actually pretty nice. This would be perfect for a night out or for those days when you’re feeling bold (I’ll probably just wear it at night though, haha).

So there you go, that’s the final part of my collective haul, and as you can see, this part probably had the most products out of all the parts, so it was better to split it up. I hope you makeup lovers enjoyed this haul! Thanks so much for reading and I’ll see you lovelies tomorrow!
